RETURN POLICY

At Trendy Fox, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- be in its original condition
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in the original packaging, if possible
- not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, deodorant stains, makeup stains, or washing
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- final sale items
- clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable
- gift cards
- intimate or personal-use items where return is not appropriate for hygiene reasons
- custom, made-to-order, or personalized items, if applicable
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was sent
- the item has a confirmed defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
